At Nova Nest Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.

Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).

Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Be approved by our customer support team before being returned.
Please do not return any item without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Clearance or final sale items

Perishable goods

Hygiene or personal care products that have been opened

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was received.

The item arrived damaged.

The item arrived defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nova Nest Collective is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

A description of the issue.

Clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing or shipment.
Because many of our products are prepared and shipped shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once processing has begun.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
Occasionally, shipping carriers or suppliers may experience delays beyond our control. Delivery delays alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Claims for lost packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process.
