We partner with a network of trusted manufacturers, wholesalers, and fulfillment partners to bring you thoughtfully curated products for intentional living.
Because our products are fulfilled from multiple warehouses and suppliers, shipping times and fulfillment methods may vary depending on the product ordered, inventory availability, and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after your order has been placed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary by product, supplier, warehouse location, destination, customs processing (if applicable), and carrier performance.
Estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout or within order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Some products may arrive sooner than others, even when purchased in the same order.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and packages may arrive on different dates.
This is a normal part of our fulfillment process.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Supplier & Warehouse Fulfillment
Nova Nest Collective works with carefully selected suppliers and fulfillment partners to provide a wide variety of products.
Because inventory is sourced from multiple warehouse locations, processing times, shipping carriers, and delivery estimates may differ between products.
We continuously monitor our supplier network to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Product Availability
Inventory levels change frequently across our supplier network.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to:

Issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
Nova Nest Collective is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or other customer-related reasons may be subject to return shipping fees and may not qualify for a full refund.
